As a Bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments and external parties to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary Range: $81,000 - $107,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
