Regional Sales Manager for EMEA South Region to build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, develop and execute account plans, and lead complex sales cycles to drive growth and expand beqom's presence in Italy and EMEA South.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven success closing high-value, complex deals
- Experience selling in Italy or across EMEA South
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Experience in HR Tech, Compensation Management, Pay Equity, Performance Management, or related SaaS solutions
- Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
