The Project and Sales Support Analyst will provide support to project and sales teams, ensuring a smooth setup and maintenance of projects, maintaining systems, and empowering sales teams. This role involves managing projects, ensuring proper handling of deals, customer service, and collaboration with other departments to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency. It's a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Proficient with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA)
- Experience editing and delivering training material
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Experience working with Workday PSA, Projector, Microsoft Project, or SmartSheets
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
