You will

• Owning and driving the full mobile application lifecycle: planning, architecture, development, release, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Designing and validating high-level system architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements that support business goals
• Leading technical discussions, contributing to system design decisions, and promoting engineering best practices across the team
• Reviewing code, mentoring teammates, and helping to establish standards for code quality and architecture

You should have

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience with a strong mobile development background
• Hands-on experience with Flutter in production environments (designing architectures, implementing features, optimizing performance)
• Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines , automated testing frameworks, or release management workflows
• Proven ability to guide and deliver a product throughout the entire mobile lifecycle
• Strong, proven skills in high-level architecture and system design for large-scale or complex products
• Ability to participate in and lead technical conversations, make informed decisions, and drive architectural direction
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with product, UX, backend, and infrastructure teams

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., medical, healthcare) and familiarity with compliance frameworks
• Background in scalable backend systems , cloud infrastructure, or distributed architectures
• Knowledge of security best practices for mobile applications, APIs, and data protection
• Exposure to product discovery , user research, or collaborating closely with design teams
