We are looking for a District/Area Manager to lead and coordinate a team of around 19 employees in the Kassel/Göttingen area. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for winning motivated employees, maintaining relationships with business partners, optimizing sales and costs, and ensuring a smooth process flow. You will have a strategic overview of your area and be responsible for the spatial and assortment layout, rent control, and visual merchandising.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience as a store manager, area manager, district leader or in a comparable position, preferably in retail
- Completed commercial education or a business studies degree
- 2 years of leadership experience, including appointments, employee conversations, and terminations
- Communication in English
- Proficiency in using the MS Office package
- Driver's license and travel readiness
