PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead BI Platform Strategy:Champion upgrades, enhancements, and long-term roadmap planning for BECU’s enterprise Business Intelligence tools.
Build &MaintainData Models:Design andmaintainscalable, high-impact data models that empower internal teams and unlock insights.
Partner Across Teams:Collaborate with ETL Developers, Data Architects, and Business Analysts to turn real-world needs into technical solutions.
Own Vendor Relationships:Manage relationships and deliverables from external vendors supporting our Enterprise Data Management platforms.
Deliver BI Automation:Leverage tools like Orchestrator and Tableau to drive automation, improve efficiency, and reduce manual reporting.
Provide Hands-On Support:Serve as a go-to expert for internal users—supporting everything from technical troubleshooting to tool enablement.
Monitor BI Impact:Track platform usage, gather feedback, andidentifyareas for growth to ensure our BI investments deliver measurable value.
Communicate with Confidence:Share best practices and platform updates across all levels—from end users to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/educational experience
Minimum sevenyears of professional IT Database experience, includingfiveyears in BI deployment, technical support, DevOps, or power user support
Proven experience defining and executing BI strategy and roadmaps
Hands-on experience with BI automation and visualization (e.g., Tableau, Orchestrator)
Ability to articulate architecture vision and principles to executive audiences
Desired Qualifications
Experience with Databricks.
Experience with Alteryx.
Knowledge of data governance and enterprise-scale BI environments
Familiarity with adjacent cloud data platforms and integration
