As a Presentation Designer, your primary role will be supporting our Sales & Marketing team in the development of pitch decks, presentations, and branded capabilities materials. Additional duties may involve general design work including graphics for the web and social media, email design, and the occasional light print work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create highly effective and impactful presentations, using primarily PowerPoint, that organize content, convey the brand story, and communicate complex data.
- Create original, custom designs in addition to following provided templates (varies by project).
- Manage design projects and prioritize projects with the Creative Director to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide creative support of digital projects including, but not limited to: sales presentations, slide design, infographic design, email, social media/paid ads.
- Occasionally provides print ready designs for low-run print production projects including, but not limited to: stickers, apparel, business cards, signage and packages.
- Create work that is in alignment with company and/or client brand guidelines as needed.
- Other tasks as requested by management.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, related field, or equal relevant experience required
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Graphic Design position required
- Project Management/Administrative experience is a bonus.
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides with experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) in a Mac environment.
- Strong design and layout abilities a portfolio of relevant work experience and ability to talk through the thoughts and processes that lead to the result.
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive criticism effectively.
- Strong professional, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Eager and open to learning new things and growing as a designer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work with or without a Creative Brief
- Team player, able to collaborate with others, energetic, quick learner, problem-solver and a self-starter.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information with maturity.
- Ability to accept new responsibilities and respond positively to instructions and creative direction
