In Brief
We’re a rapidly growing startup on a mission to make healthcare proactive by empowering clinicians with real-time data to save lives.
You will be the connective tissue between our nimble product, clinical, and technical teams. As a leader you will ensure that we are all speaking the same language to prioritize and deliver high quality solutions that save patient lives. From shaping scalable electronic health record (EHR) integrations to operationalizing post-market Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) requirements, you’ll bring clarity and order to our complexity that enables us to move fast without breaking things for our frontline providers and their patients.
Who We Are
At Bayesian Health we recognize that to remain viable, healthcare systems must find new ways to deliver consistent, high-quality care with fewer resources. Bayesian Health’s continuously expanding Clinical Intelligence Platform integrates into leading EMR vendors to transform complex data into actionable AI-powered insights. We are on a mission to build products that go beyond flagging to allow clinicians to focus on what matters most.
We’re a diverse and experienced team of AI/ML experts, software engineers, product designers, behavior change specialists, and clinicians. We’re not afraid of hard problems and are highly results-oriented. We also like to have fun while we’re working on hard things. Our culture is highly collaborative, inclusive, supportive, and we have a strict “no jerks” policy.
We’re funded by top tier tech and biotech investors: Andreessen Horowitz, American Medical Association’s venture arm, Catalio Partners, and LifeForce Capital. Our company has won many awards; most recent recognitions include: Forbes AI Top 50, World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer, Time Best Inventions, BioTech AI Company of the Year.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Product Operations Lead you are not content with handing off a piece of communication and hoping for the best. Your attention to detail drives you to ensure that a product comes to life - shaping thorough scoping, identifying risks and edge cases, driving testing, considering client success and user education, and seeing it all the way to a clinical user’s screen. With a rich understanding of healthcare, you understand that delivering a product does not ensure adoption or scalability, which is why workflows are critical to our technical success. You can move seamlessly between stakeholders and are just as comfortable reining technical requirements in JIRA or debugging an HL7 or FHIR mapping issue as you are explaining the tradeoffs of a flowsheet writeback to a nurse leader.

Drive process excellence by standing up and scaling repeatable systems for roadmap planning, sprint execution, testing, and post-release monitoring—balancing speed with quality.
Advocate for the clinician end-user by keeping usability, alert fatigue, and workflow integration at the center of every product decision.
Lead voice-of-customer synthesis to transform feedback from health systems into structured insights that guide roadmap prioritization and product design.
