Senior Creative Designer (with AI experience)
We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer, focusing on leveraging AI and creative strategy to drive the visual identity and content output for our fast-growing e-commerce brands (travel gear and wellness tools) sold across Europe.
This role is for a strategic leader who combines strong design skills with an AI-first approach to content creation. We need a designer who researches trends, thinks ahead, masterfully leverages AI tools, and proactively brings innovative, data-backed ideas to the table. If you're always translating insights into fresh design concepts and maximizing efficiency with automation, this could be the role for you.
Part-time: 20 hours/week
Remote: Fully remote, PH working hours (PH-based candidates preferred)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor
Monthly Rate: $400-850 (based on a 20-hour workweek; flexible depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing:
- Actively and expertly leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, upscaling, style transfer) to generate a high volume of creative variations, polished product visuals, and dynamic lifestyle assets from simple source photography.
- Identify best-performing creatives and present structured proposals with new ideas and concepts, adding a unique creative twist to proven strategies.
- Design and iterate on high-performing ad creatives for campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok). Repurpose influencer content from our database into high-converting visual assets and develop engaging social media visuals.
- Optimize and maintain visual style guides, brand books, intros, and presentation decks, ensuring a cohesive and premium corporate identity.
- Design and manage Shopify pages, including product pages, homepages, and category pages.
- Create compelling product page content and A+ content for marketplaces like Amazon and Bol, ensuring consistency and clarity across all online touchpoints.
- Proactively research competitors and market trends.
Who You Are:
- With 5+ years of experience in graphic design for e-commerce or consumer brands, taking the lead in content creation, ideation, and execution.
- Actively experimenting and leveraging AI tools to generate visual assets and transform simple input into high-converting visuals at scale.
- Proven ability to create high-performing (ad) creatives. Experience with Figma and successful ideation and creation of webshop landing pages/product pages in Shopify.
- Strong research skills, including analyzing competitors and identifying successful strategies. Proactive by nature, constantly bringing ideas and new angles without waiting for instructions.
- Communication: Fluent spoken and written English.
