Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping high-scale consumer apps, ideally with video streaming in the mix.
- Deep technical chops in one or more of the following: Mobile: Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Web: JavaScript, Next.js, HTML, CSS, Connected TV: BrightScript
- Excellent experience working with AWS services including API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, Lambda, and EKS
- Comfort building modular, event-driven, API-driven architectures, especially for media-heavy platforms.
- Solid understanding of video streaming fundamentals: playback, buffering, delivery, and performance tuning.
- Experience working in Agile environments, translating product vision into executable engineering plays.
- Proven ability to optimize performance and SEO for high-traffic platforms, with a strong grasp of Core Web Vitals.
