AI Operations and Tools

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a high-output lead to manage our AI Operations. We have the vision and the product strategy; we need a "Builder-Operator" to execute it.

You will sit at the intersection of Operations and Engineering, tasked with juggling multiple critical priorities and using AI to solve them. You aren't just managing workflows—you are automating them.

We need a trustworthy problem solver who can take a directive, write the Product Requirements (PRD), prototype the solution, and drive it to completion. Whether it’s optimizing our billing logic, streamlining internal software, creating marketing funnels, automating social media content, using AI to follow up with leads, or building client-facing AI features, your goal is efficiency.

What You Will Do

1. AI Execution & Product Requirements

• Turn Strategy into Specs:Take the product vision provided by leadership and write detailed, technical Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that engineers can immediately build from.

• Rapid Prototyping:Don't just wait for engineering. Use LLMs, Python, or low-code tools to build "Proof of Concept" features for our marketing, ads, or CRM tools to validate ideas fast.

• AI Implementation:Directly implement AI agents or automations that solve specific business problems (e.g., "Build an agent that auto-categorizes support tickets" or "Create a script to audit ad spend" or “Build a chat bot leveraging our help center”).

2. Operational Efficiency & Automation

• The "Fixer" for Internal Ops:Dive into our Billing, CRM, Onboarding, lead gen, and Marketing stacks to find bottlenecks. If a process is manual, your job is to automate it.

• Tech Stack Integration:Ensure our internal systems talk to each other. Build the operational "glue" (via APIs or automation platforms) that connects our ad tech to our billing, or our CRM to our marketing tools.

• Cost & Speed Optimization:relentlessly look for ways to use AI to reduce operating costs and increase speed of delivery across all departments.

3. "Chief of Staff" Agility

• Ruthless Prioritization:You will handle a high volume of varying tasks daily. You must be able to switch contexts instantly—from fixing a critical data issue to scoping a new feature—without losing focus.

• Trusted Execution:You will operate with high autonomy and access to sensitive data. We need someone who can "catch the ball" on complex problems and ensure they get solved without constant oversight.

Who You Are

• A "Technical" Operator:You are comfortable reading API documentation, writing SQL queries, and hacking together Python scripts to get the job done. You don't just request features; you help build the requirements.

• AI Native:You understand the difference between a prompt and an agent. You know how to leverage the latest AI tools to do the work of three people.

• High-Bandwidth & Organized:You thrive in a chaotic environment where priorities shift. You are the person who creates order out of noise.

• Execution-Obsessed:You care less about "strategy decks" and more about "shipping." You measure success by problems solved and features launched.
