Healthcare Paralegal

We are currently seeking paralegals with experience in the healthcare industry to join our network. The positions would most likely be remote or hybrid and located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the legal team in drafting and reviewing legal documents including healthcare contracts
  
• Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations affecting clients
• Provide administrative support to the client's legal teams and work cross-functionally across other groups

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant corporate experience working as a paralegal in the healthcare industry in the Greater Toronto Area
• Experience working with contract reviews and in-depth knowledge of related competition law and privacy law
• Corporate registration experience is a plus
• Ability and interest in working on an engagement basis, seconded to clients for 4-6 months on average at a time
