United States onlyAvolve is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Software Trainer/Education Specialist to deliver high-impact training for our DigEplan and ProjectDox software suites. This role combines instructional delivery with content creation, ensuring our teams and partners are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Requirements
- Develop and facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences.
- Assist in creating engaging training materials such as guides, videos, and interactive modules.
- Adapt delivery methods to suit remote, hybrid, and in-person environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement learning paths.
- Partner with internal teams to assess training needs and align learning solutions with business objectives.
- Provide guidance to learners navigating in the Learning Management System and/or on training content.
- Apply technical expertise to test new software, identify bugs or enhancements, and document for resolution.
