We are seeking a Vice President of Social Media Strategy to lead and innovate our social media efforts for healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in social media trends, healthcare marketing, and team management, and be able to drive exceptional client engagement and deliver outstanding results.
Requirements
- Client Relationship & Strategy: Establish credibility with clients at all levels by offering advanced social media strategies and clear, effective communication.
- Creative Direction & Standards: Oversee and ensure the highest possible standards for digital, print, audio/visual, and social media content produced by the agency.
- Collaboration with Creative Director & Agency Teams: Work closely with the Creative Director to align on design and content strategies, ensuring the efficient visual execution of creative concepts.
- Content Approval & Oversight: Review and approve finished social media content, ensuring it aligns with both creative and strategic objectives.
- Social Media Analytics & Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to refine social media strategies.
- Industry Research & Development: Stay current with evolving social media trends, technologies, and healthcare marketing regulations.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Engage in leadership discussions regarding staffing needs, agency resources, and project timelines.
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Oversee social media reputation management, ensuring proactive monitoring and response strategies for potential social media crises, particularly related to sensitive healthcare topics.
