The team leader will oversee the performance and growth of the Advisory strategy team, develop comprehensive market/patient access strategy, and integrate seamlessly with Marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related field
- 15+ years strategic planning or marketing experience
- In-depth experience with leading strategy for market access/patient access/access marketing
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and cross-discipline environment
- Highly skilled as an interdisciplinary thinker, strategic problem-solver, and focused business leader
- Proven track record in building, leading, and inspiring teams
