Responsibilities

• Design, develop & deploy advanced analytical solutions, to facilitate data-driven decision making.

• Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, to ensure a deep understanding of business needs and delivery of relevant and effective solutions.

• Facilitate a clear definition of business metrics and KPIs.

• Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to define and build reliable data products and pipelines.

• Communicate insights effectively, via interactive and user-friendly BI dashboards and reports.

• Establish best-practices to ensure highest data quality and reliability standards; establish quality control mechanisms and contribute to enhancing stakeholders’ trust in data and insights.

• Proactively identify, resolve and optimize performance and user experience issues.

• Lead, mentor, train and support junior colleagues and business power-users.

• Maintain effective and up-to-date documentation and training / onboarding materials.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as Business / Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar.

• Proven hands-on experience with delivering exceptional data products and analytics solutions.

• Proven ability to present and communicate meaningful insights and recommendations.

• Expert level proficiency with SQL and Python – a must.

• Team leadership experience – an advantage.

• Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI) – an advantage.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, supply-chain management - an advantage.

• Self-learner, problem-solver, multi-tasker and a team-player.

• Fluent in English, both in verbal and written form (C1 level or equivalent).

• Background in a STEM degree, relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
