Job Description

We looking for a new team member to lead and manage a team of business development managers, sales managers, and other cross-functional team members to achieve sales targets at the assigned territories and business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales targets and other KPIs on the assigned territory

  • Follow daily procedures of the Team Leader’s tasks: planning, organization, controlling, motivating, and capability development of the team.

  • Develop and implement business development go-to-market strategy, standards and regulations; track the performance and KPI execution and take actions for continuous improvement.

  • Proactively search and lead negotiations with B2B customers/distributors in the regions of accountability; help the team to negotiate better conditions and resolve complex cases.

  • Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, accounting, back office, marketing and other departments and 3d-party providers on all cross-functional tasks and issues.

  • Report on a weekly, monthly basis on the performance of the team and main accounts.

  • Develop sales capabilities and improve individual manager’s performance; provide onboarding for new-hires.

  • Develop and implement customized solutions and offers for VIP distributors, sign joint-business plans, lead trade-marketing, incentive-based, and other types of promotions.

  • Accomplish other job-related tasks set by the company and immediate manager.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience of working with B2B clients in automotive aftermarket sales;

  • 3+ years of managing teams of 5+ employees.

  • You are success-oriented and show a self organized way or working.

  • Solid knowledge of the automotive spare parts of the EU and other markets.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

  • Outstanding goal orientation with proven results.

  • Fast information processing; able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into solutions.
