As a Senior Program Manager focused on Strategic Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Autodesk to strategically plan for its workforce needs today, tomorrow, and in the future. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and 100% remote work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management
- Prior experience in workforce planning highly preferred
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise in program management and governance
- Strong ability to translate business requirements and outcomes into strategic recommendations and actionable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Expertise with using program and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Miro, etc)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel with high levels of quality and impact
- BA/BS in a relevant field (Business, Strategy, Economics, etc.) or equivalent experience
