Autodesk is looking for an accomplished and experienced Program Manager to lead our GTM Planning and Account Selection process. You will oversee the GTM Planning and Portfolio Creation Program. Reporting to the Director of the Global Sales Strategy & Insights team, you will work with us to represent the business and lead the program team to ensure the successful execution of the annual planning cycle. This job is fully remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities
- You will implement comprehensive GTM strategies for Autodesk's customer segmentation, customer tiering, portfolio creation, aligning with our goals and market opportunities
- You will collaborate with teams including product management, marketing, sales, customer success, data science and finance to define GTM plans and ensure agreement across the organization.
- You will conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to maximize revenue growth
- You will collaborate with the Product Management, Engineering and Data Science teams to modernize GTM Planning and Portfolio Creation systems and tools
- You will develop the timeline and achieve milestones for segmentation, account selection and the portfolio creation process
- You will monitor GTM performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and recommend adjustments to improve results
- Be a subject matter expert on GTM planning and internal Autodesk policies and provide guidance to teams during the annual planning cycle
- Support ad hoc projects outside of the planning process
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in GTM planning and execution in the software or technology industry.
- Experience managing complex programs involving teams.
- Experience working with Anaplan, Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Knowledge of Autodesk products or experience in consulting is desirable

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $75,400 and $130,020. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
