United States onlyAurora is searching for a Remote Assist Specialist to play a crucial role in expanding the Tactical Development Test Operations team. The Remote Assist Specialist will be responsible for resolving trigger requests from development fleet vehicles, interrogating the system to identify root causes, and providing critical feedback to allow our product to evolve.
Requirements
- Maintain up to date knowledge of how our self-driving technology works
- Emulate Commercial Ops roles during new feature testing
- Safely send remote commands to autonomous vehicles for on-road and closed-course testing
- Respond to and resolve a variety of trigger requests from autonomous vehicles
- Log real-time, high-fidelity feedback regarding autonomy and platform performance
- Escalate operational blockers with suggested solutions
- Actively'storm search' during testing to identify areas where testing workflows and SOPs can be improved
