Job Description
This role will play a crucial role in the migration of data from PeopleSoft HCM and Finance to a new ERP (Workday), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project timelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical/technical background, including experience in data analysis, extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
Required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data conversion development in Python and data management.
- Good understanding of data mapping, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Be self-managers and operate independently.
- Manage complex data conversion activities with tact and expediency.
- Adjust priorities as data conversions work pace and needs require.
Desired
- Higher Education experience is a preferred.
- Experience with data conversion from legacy ERP systems such as PeopleSoft to cloud solutions such as Workday is preferred.
- Experience with data conversion of HCM data elements is preferred.

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $125,000 - $145,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
