Requirements
- 10 years of experience leading and growing Federal IT programs, with 5 consecutive years of experience leading and growing IT practice/business areas
- Demonstrated capability to successfully manage P&L
- Demonstrated ability to grow business organically and successfully pursue new business
- Experience managing organizations of 50+ FTEs
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Understanding of DoD market, particularly Air Force, customers, business drivers, and buying practices
- Experience and capability to develop leadership skills in key staff and enable their professional growth
- Knowledge of processes in a Federal contracting including budget and pricing, and program and project delivery
- Experience with procurement and contract negotiations, contract vehicles, NDAs, and teaming agreements
- Strong understanding and ability to lead project life cycles including start up, solution design, development, implementation, and O&M, and evaluation
- Strong presentation and delivery skills with internal leadership and external customers and partners
- Proactive and collaborative approach to devise and implement strategies for business growth
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking to devise solutions/approaches to solve delivery issues, leverage capabilities and contract vehicles, and/or generate new opportunities
