We're looking for a driven and hands-on SDR ready to build something from the ground up. You'll be the engine of our top-of-funnel, generating qualified pipeline, running outbound outreach, and working closely with our Sales Managers to fuel revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

  • Own top-of-funnel: Identify and research potential customers, build target lists, and consistently deliver qualified meetings to our Sales Managers
  • Drive outbound outreach: Execute cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new pipeline from scratch
  • Iterate on messaging: Test and refine outreach copy and call scripts, sharing what works across the team
  • Keep CRM tight: Log all activity accurately in HubSpot, maintaining clean data on prospects and pipeline stage
  • Represent at events: Be the face of atmio at industry events, trade fairs, and networking occasions — engaging prospects in person and building brand presence on the ground

Requirements

Skills & experience you will need 💪

  • Fluent in German andEnglish — our working languages
  • 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role or Bachelor's degree or Masters graduate
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems; HubSpot is a plus
  • Good understanding of top-of-funnel sales processes
  • A genuine drive to hit targets and grow a career in sales

Nice-to-haves 🍒

  • Fluent in Spanish or Italian
  • Experience in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

The journey began in earnest as they developed an all-in-one platform designed to empower natural gas operators. Their vision was to transform the traditionally manual, time-consuming, and often inaccurate process of leak detection and repair (LDAR) into a streamlined, digitized, and efficient operation. With the introduction of new EU regulations mandating stricter methane monitoring and reporting, atmio's timing was perfect. Their platform, which combines user-friendly hardware like handheld sensors with a sophisticated software and mobile app, offers an end-to-end system to find, fix, and report leaks. This narrative of innovation and purpose has quickly attracted significant attention, leading to successful funding rounds and partnerships with major players in the gas industry, setting atmio on a path to become a global leader in emissions management technology.
