Overview

The Manager of Talent Management Programs will create and manage organization-wide tools and initiatives in the areas of performance management, leadership development, succession management and organizational development to drive strategic imperatives and goals. This position serves as a coach and mentor with senior leadership in the areas of talent management and development and closely collaborates with our HR business partners to drive the design, development, and implementation, of learning and organizational development programs.

What you bring to be successful/qualifications include:

  • Broad HR experience including talent management, organizational development and learning.
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
  • Previous experience working with mid-to-senior level leaders to drive talent management initiatives.

This is a remote position with 10-15% travel to ATI Physical Therapy's corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities

• Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership around company-wide talent development programs to achieve business goals.• Oversee and support the annual talent review and succession planning process for our corporate teams and assist the business in developing and implementing plans to develop a ready leadership pipeline for the organization. This includes providing leadership to our TMT (Talent Management Team) leaders to aggregate and translate talent pool data into insights that drive readiness action plans at the appropriate levels.• Support the design and presentation of ATI’s emerging leader training programs including Leadership Pathways and Manager Essentials• Lead the employee performance management process including goal setting, performance evaluations along with training and communications to support the Performance Management process and platform • Manage ATI’s 360-degree talent assessments with emerging leaders to identify skills gaps and opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum EducationRequired:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business, human resources management or relevant field of study.Preferred:• Advanced degree preferred

Minimum ExperienceRequired:• Minimum of 6 years of broad HR experience including talent management, organizational development and learning. • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.• Previous experience working with mid-to-senior level leaders to drive talent management initiatives.• 10-15% travel to our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, ILPreferred:• 2 years preferred in a management role.• Absorb LMS experience preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.• Understands HR best practices and knowledge including federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.• Strong program management skills including a track record leading multi-function projects.• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve results.• Ability to navigate a matrixed organization.• Proven ability to move between strategy and execution. • Superior verbal and written communication skills.• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.• Exceptional independent judgment.• Unquestionable personal integrity, ethical standards, and a healthy respect for others.• Ability to manage program budgets and costs.
