Serve Freight is looking to hire aSales Representativewith a true hunter mentality. This is a growth-focused role for someone who thrives on outbound, relationship building, and closing new business.

• Remote role
• Base salary range: $100K–$140K depending on experience
• On-target earnings: $200K–$300K (commission based role)
• Focus is primarily domestic freight
• Strong emphasis on project freight and mission-critical shipments
• Looking for someone who can prospect, open doors, and build a book from the ground up
Requirements
Role Requirements
Proven hunter mentality with strong outbound prospecting skills
Track record of closing new business and building a book from scratch
Experience in domestic freight sales
Background handling project freight and mission-critical / time-sensitive shipments
Strong relationship-building and door-opening ability
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
High sense of urgency with the ability to manage complex, high-touch logistics
