The company was established in 2018 following the acquisition of the former Chevron South Africa by Glencore South Africa Oil Investments. The company owns and operates the country's third-largest crude oil refinery located in Milnerton, Cape Town, which has a daily nameplate crude processing capacity of 100,000 barrels.
