They will act as a go-to expert for integration, feature, sales, and billing tasks, with a strong focus on data analysis and client communication.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in technical account management, customer success, or related client-facing technical roles
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and project management platforms
- Effective communication skills across teams
- Experience building reports and QBRs
