Proposal Coordinator

Assembly Industries is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support their Strategic Proposal Management and RFP Writing team. This role is critical for managing client registrations, tracking projects, maintaining databases, and collaborating across teams. The coordinator will contribute to efficient proposal pipelines and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Manage client registrations and compliance documentation.
• Monitor and log incoming RFPs, assign requests to proposal writers.
• Maintain and update the proposal tracker.
• Generate weekly and monthly project summaries.
• Coordinate communication between proposal writers and other stakeholders.
