ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates to support our U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC) under the SEC SETA Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Job Description:

The SEC supports the Army by providing innovative software engineering solutions and readiness-focused services across the globe. As part of this mission, the Data Analytics and Readiness Team (DART) develops cutting-edge data integration and visualization capabilities that allow senior leaders to monitor readiness, logistics, and maintenance operations at scale. ASRC is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Data Analyst – Senior (Senior Data Specialist – DART Program) role to support our customer at the U.S. Army CECOM SEC Technical Services Directorate. This position will focus on delivering advanced Army Vantage and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications in Palantir Foundry (Workshop, Quiver) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Build and optimize ontology-driven data pipelines and ETL workflows in Army Vantage.
  • Create secure, scalable integrations with Dataverse, Azure, and third-party systems.
  • Deliver trend and readiness analysis to General Officers and Senior Executives.
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and applications tailored to Army readiness missions.
  • Collaborate with Army and contractor teams to meet CIO G6 project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with Army data governance and information security requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data engineering/analytics roles.
  • Expertise in Palantir Foundry (Workshop, Quiver) and Army Vantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience developing ontology-driven solutions and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of DoD logistics, maintenance, and readiness data.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Certifications strongly preferred:

◦ Palantir Foundry Application Developer Certification. ◦ Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
