ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst (Appian) with an active Secret clearance or higher to join our analytics and low-code application development team supporting the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). This position is part of SEC’s mission to enhance Army readiness by modernizing data management, visualization, and process automation across the enterprise. This position works as part of a collaborative, multi-platform Low-Code Center of Excellence (LCCoE) team that includes Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Army Vantage developers. Team members share best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and support integrated modernization projects across the Army enterprise. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with Appian developers and Army stakeholders to analyze system data, design dashboards, and provide insights that improve operational decision-making. You’ll play a key role in transforming Army data into actionable intelligence. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers and program leads to integrate analytics within Appian applications.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support mission operations, resource management, and workflow optimization.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure reliability of visualizations.
  • Translate user requirements into data models, reports, and automated performance metrics.
  • Support user training, documentation, and analytic process improvement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years’ experience in data sourcing, analysis, and integration.
  • 3+ years’ experience developing Tableau or Power BI dashboards.
  • Proficient with SQL and data visualization principles.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Appian Records, SAIL, and Expression Rules.
  • Appian Certified Associate Developer certification preferred.
  • Prior Army or DoD experience supporting data analysis or process automation.
