Regional Director, Managed Print Vertical – Remote – North America

We are hiring for a Regional Director, Managed Print Vertical, at MPS Monitor and Nexera to join our growing team in North America!

We are looking for a Regional Director for the Americas Region to lead our Managed Printing vertical, which will cover MPS Monitor and Nexera.

Reporting to the COO, you will be the strategic and Sales leader in the American market, defining, implementing, and executing the Go-To-Market strategy of MPS Monitor and Nexera for the America region. You will own the Sales process and lead the America-based customer-facing teams for both products, ensuring that Sales and profitability targets are met while providing stellar service levels and customer experience.

The objective of the Regional Director is to identify and pursue growth opportunities in the local market. This includes expanding the customer base, forging partnerships, and exploring new business channels. Working alongside the Product and Support teams, you will use your management and strategic skills and your knowledge of the Managed Print Services industry to drive the growth of both platforms while ensuring that our potential customers see the two products as indispensable tools within their businesses. You will also leverage the amplified and unique Value Proposition for dealers and Managed Print providers deriving from the future integration of the two platforms (MPS Monitor and Nexera) into a single, customer-focused SaaS platform, which maximizes the value of data-driven decisions through extensive adoption of BI and AI technologies.

Here is a little window into our company: MPS Monitor and Nexera were acquired by Valsoft and now operate under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.

MPS Monitor is a global leader in brand-independent Managed Print Services software solutions. MPS Monitor is the most complete multi-brand SaaS platform for Managed Print Services available across the world. Monitoring networked printing devices, managing the consumables supply chain, page count reporting and full contract management are only some of the tasks that MPS Monitor performs daily on more than 1.900.000 devices located in more than 75 countries in about 320.000 customers. The platform serves more than 3.500 dealers and Managed Print providers, helping them to reach exceptional service delivery efficiency and unparalleled cost optimization.

NEXERA (formerly BEI) has a mission to provide dealers and Managed Print providers with the most accurate, results-producing comparative copier/printer device data and benchmarks available in the industry, allowing them to achieve world-class performance in service operations. We capture data from each individual device in the field and then compare them against benchmarks from our Worldstats™ database to determine if this device is a problem device and, if so, why. From there, we make recommendations to address the issues and, most importantly, provide solutions to correct the issues. Since 1993, our knowledge, experience, support, and dedication have been trusted by hundreds of dealers and manufacturers. For over 25 years, NEXERA has worked hard to continually develop new and innovative solutions for our customers to meet the needs of a changing and often challenging industry. Our solutions incorporate workflows and detailed structure and process best practices to identify and act on opportunities to increase profitability and ROI.
