Your mission is to eliminate manual bottlenecks and significantly accelerate operational efficiency across the organization using the full power of the Microsoft Power Platform.
What you will do:
- Architect, build, and maintain both Power Automate Cloud and Desktop (RPA) flows to streamline complex business processes.
- Seamlessly integrate workflows with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Dynamics 365, and various external third-party systems via REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Develop high-quality Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven) to provide user-friendly interfaces for business data and automation triggers.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and lead the effort in gathering and documenting technical requirements.
- Establish and enforce best practices, standardized naming conventions, and robust governance frameworks for the automation ecosystem.
- Provide expert-led training and support to internal teams to foster a culture of automation and self-sufficiency.
What you bring:

- Practical experience using Microsoft Dataverse as a backbone for applications and a clear understanding of how to structure data.
- Strong background working within Agile/Sprint environments and a disciplined approach to process documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business needs.
- High English proficiency (B2+ level or higher).
Nice if you have:
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps for more complex, code-heavy integration scenarios.
- A foundational understanding of Power BI for data visualization and reporting on automation performance.
- Experience with Power Pages for building external-facing business websites.
