United States onlyAscension is seeking a Data Intern to assist in developing a company-wide CRM encompassing parishes, dioceses, and Catholic schools. This project will be a cornerstone in supporting the Church, and your contributions will be essential to its success. The ideal candidate is tenacious, detail-oriented, and driven to see projects through to completion. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys focused, “headphones-in” work, finds excitement in solving challenges, and takes pride in producing well-organized, high-quality results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize, refine, and clean data within HubSpot
- Apply a basic understanding of the Catholic Church’s structure and the relationships between parishes, dioceses, and schools
- Collaborate with the Parish Relationship Manager team to align data organization with their needs, ensuring seamless CRM integration into sales processes
- Contribute to developing a seamless, accurate, and user-friendly CRM.
- Provides data-driven recommendations to improve CRM structure, processes, and data quality
- Business or marketing major preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in data organization
- Understand, practice, and exemplify the values and mission of Ascension.
