Senior Marketing Designer

The Senior Marketing Designer is a pivotal role within our creative team, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of talented Graphic Designers to deliver immersive and high-quality marketing assets. This role involves significant responsibility and offers the opportunity to drive the development of a strong team, leveraging your artistic and technical expertise.

This is a full-time, fully remote position, with the possibility to work from our Product Madness office in Gdańsk (al. Grunwaldzka 50).

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful marketing art in a fast-paced, live environment.

• Manage priorities for time-sensitive projects effectively.

• Act as a brand mentor, innovating templates and visual user flows.

• Share best design practices and reflect on experiences to foster continuous learning.

• Create logos and flagship campaigns, representing the team in presentations.

• Maintain professionalism and deliver superior, professional designs.

• Expand skill sets through classes and mentoring.

• Assist in onboarding new team members and mentor lower-level designers.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in a similar role within the marketing design field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.

• Proven track record of leading design projects and teams.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.

• High proficiency in graphic design fundamentals.

• Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Strong skills in logo creation and team presentations.
