Position Overview:

Archer RMIS AI is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and automation, particularly within the AWS ecosystem. We are looking for highly motivated, goal-oriented individuals responsible for building and maintaining resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Manage and optimize storage solutions using Amazon S3 and CloudFront.
• Oversee database solutions and performance tuning using Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL.
• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Amazon EKS and Fargate.
• Ensure secure management of secrets and sensitive data using AWS Secrets Manager.
• Implement and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and roles.
• Monitor and ensure security compliance using AWS GuardDuty.
• Design and manage messaging and notification services using Amazon SQS and SNS.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in cloud computing and DevOps.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AWS services, including S3, CloudFront, Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, Amazon EKS, Fargate, AWS Secrets Manager, IAM, AWS GuardDuty, Amazon SQS, and SNS.
• Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
• Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) is a plus.
