Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Statistics, Data Science, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or similar)
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in Healthcare Analytics, Public Health, Data Science, Biostatistics, or Business Analytics
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics/informatics, including 5+ years in leadership, team management, or project leadership roles
- Strong healthcare domain experience including: claims data, Medicare programs, revenue cycle, utilization analytics, population health
- Advanced knowledge of: SQL, data warehousing, ETL pipelines, data governance, data quality frameworks
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong understanding of KPI development, metrics design, and performance analytics
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
