Role description:
As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for the complex analysis and review of project schedules and other documentation, utilizing Primavera P6 software, and generating reports and presentations for client meetings.
Role accountabilities:
- Develop monthly general contractor schedule reviews and reports.
- Develop and manage master schedule for Program needs and reporting.
- Develop and update bi-weekly reports, and analytics.
- Updating schedules, identifying risks, and creating accurate forecast schedules.
- Participating in project risk reviews, performing schedule qualitative and quantitative analysis, and developing/maintaining/monitoring risk register
- Identifying scheduling issues, capturing impacts and delays to schedules and recommend mitigation/recovery schedules
- Attending meetings and advising clients of construction progress and any related cost implications
- Developing potential recovery plans for time and cost
- Reviewing and analyzing construction claims and providing opinions, advice and reports on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation
- Writing and developing technical reports, charts & graphs to support and present analyses
- Determining reasonable schedule logic, duration and constraints based on interactive planning sessions with the project team
Qualifications & Experience:
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years of “hands-on” Primavera P6 schedule experience.
- Managing design projects.
- Managing construction projects.
- Knowledge in engineering and construction work process and activity sequence.
- Understanding and application of Critical Path Analysis.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with RFI’s a plus.
- Experience with the RFQ process from the Owners perspective a plus.
- Experience using and understanding Earned Value progress.
- Experience in Using Time Impact Analysis.
- Experience in Program Management a plus.
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
- Rolling Wave Schedule Technique.

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $97,600 - $168,360.
