Arcadis is seeking a Project and Program Management Consultant to join their Places PPM team, providing direct support to the Technical Advisory Group in Italy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong generalist background in project and program management within the construction industry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in managing small- to mid-sized construction projects and programs from inception to completion
- Demonstrated expertise in general project and program management
- Previous involvement in technical advisory services (e.g., due diligence, feasibility studies, technical reviews) is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, senior stakeholders, and technical experts
- Skilled in relationship management and negotiation
- Possesses commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle and advisory-related business drivers
- Analytical and solutions-driven mindset
- Proficient in modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Power BI)
- Sound understanding of risk management, governance, and compliance requirements within both general construction and advisory contexts
