We are seeking a highly competent Project Manager to join our Places PPM team, providing direct support to the Technical Advisory Group in Italy. The ideal candidate will bring a strong generalist background in project and program management within the construction industry, combined with the ability to support and integrate technical advisory services across multidisciplinary engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record in managing small- to mid-sized construction projects and programs from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated expertise in general project and program management, with solid experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing multifunctional teams and ensuring integration across disciplines and advisory scope
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, senior stakeholders, and technical experts, both internally and externally.
- Possesses commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the construction lifecycle and advisory-related business drivers
