Job Description

The Manager of Marketing, Growth Enablement & Client Experience is primarily responsible for leading the B2B marketing and campaign outreach strategy based on sales goals established by the Chief Growth Officer and team. The role will partner with growth & marketing leaders to establish the B2B marketing campaign strategy, initiatives and processes, inclusive of developing, implementing, and reporting on campaign outreach initiatives. The role will support additional brand marketing & campaign needs in support of the overall business goals

calendars, manage the campaign outreach processes across all outreach platforms and will compile and report out on back end campaign analytics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Organizes and manages the marketing and campaign outreach strategy and processes to support the growth initiatives.
    • Coordinates the internal B2B strategies and resources and external resources and outreach platforms, working in partnership with the Growth Team Leaders
    • Assembles and reports on outside outreach and sales intelligence platforms, sellers, and key analytics drivers of the business
    • Reviews and makes sound fiscal recommendations on budget attainment/usage for the B2B Marketing budget and BRC usage allocations.
    • Plans, partners, and assists with the coordination of trade show presence and support utilizing members of the growth enablement team.
    • Partners with Growth team to develop innovative prospect outreach strategies through experiential campaign design & brand storytelling; resulting in measurable prospect engagement and lead generation for Aramark Healthcare+.
    • Ensures all outreach content is accurate, meets brand standards and is tailored to individual client touchpoints where possible.
    • Collaborates with project manager and growth leaders to create relevant, creative proposal and outreach content through oversight of marketing content writer.
    • Assists in developing best practices for potential scalable solutions & process improvement in terms of proposal content library management, collateral library management and access processes and use cases for sales leaders.
    • Collaborates and coordinates with marketing team to support other brand and growth initiatives as needed.
    • Led and manage a team, which may be comprised of content writers, developers, and specialists as needed and determined by the business.
    • Assists with special projects as assigned by the Chief Growth Officer

Communication:

  • Develops and communicates outreach campaign strategy & logistics in collaboration with growth enablement and sales leaders.
    • Functions as liaison with growth leaders, sales leaders, marketers, functional & growth enablement teammates.
    • Advocates a proactive balance between cadenced campaign outreach strategy, prospect engagement & experience needs, and Aramark Healthcare+ objectives & budget.

Qualifications

  • College degree and or equivalent experience.
    • Preference for 3-5 years of progressively responsible marketing experience, with record of measurable success and effective performance.
    • Preference for previous experience leading or managing a team
    • Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a matrix organization.
    • Experience managing multiple priorities with client interface.
    • Strong business and financial acumen.
    • Strong communication, presentation and influence management skills.
    • Healthcare, food service, advertising and/or services marketing experience desirable.
    • Ability to manage others in a multi-disciplinary team, inclusive of internal and external stakeholders and agencies

• Willingness to travel 70%.

Compensation

The salary rate for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
