Acquisition Director

This position is primarily responsible for negotiating and offering lump-sum cash payments to public and private cell tower landlords for an assignment of future rental income associated with their cell sites, over the telephone and by email.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business or Finance
• 3-5 years of high-pressure sales experience in finance, real estate, telecom, lease negotiation, site acquisition or similar.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), internet and database management
• Prior work experience with CRM systems and associated dashboard and reporting functionality
