Program Manager - Integration

Job Summary

Aptive Resources LLC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager, Integration to support the Veteran Health Administration (VHA) Office of Health Informatics (OHI) and Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI). This role manages the integration of cross cutting initiatives for OCI, including SAFe execution, enterprise reporting, dashboards, data management services, knowledge repositories, and continuous delivery pipeline operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all Integration call orders with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Drive Lean-Agile adoption and continuous improvement across stakeholder offices in alignment with SAFe principals
• Oversee SAFe reporting requirements, ensuring two-week sprint progress reporting leveraging Jira and Jira Align.
• Coordinate PI planning, dependency management, and integration across multiple ARTs.
• Ensure delivery of Power BI dashboards, enterprise monitoring, and outcome reporting aligned to OIP metrics.
• Oversee data acquisition, validation, integration, analysis, and visualization activities supporting program delivery reporting and analytics.
• Maintain enterprise risk, issue, and change management artifacts.
• Ensure Integration deliverables meet VA acceptance criteria and support downstream interoperability and clinical delivery needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience managing complex healthcare IT integration programs.
• Demonstrated experience leading SAFe® or Agile programs with multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-vendor healthcare or IT integration programs

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting VA OCI, EHR modernization, or enterprise informatics initiatives.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, SQL, Power BI, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Familiarity with VA IT and data platforms (e.g. Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), ServiceNow) and VA healthcare technology development and sustainment programs (e.g. Federal EHR, ServiceNow)
