Responsibilities
Provide exceptional bilingual customer service (English/Spanish) to prospective tenants
Assist applicants throughout the apartment application process, ensuring clarity and confidence at every step
Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally
Accurately log all customer interactions in Salesforce ServiceCloud
Translate and communicate information clearly between English- and Spanish-speaking customers as needed
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain seamless communication
Represent ApproveShield with professionalism, integrity, and positivity at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned
