Apify is looking for a Support Engineer to handle customer inquiries during typical working hours. The role involves solving business and technical issues via chat and email, while mastering the web scraping platform. The team processes customer questions and internal notifications, and provides written support via chat or email.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of support experience, ideally in a software-as-a-service company
- Knowledge of programming principles and HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage
- Ability to explain complex information to customers clearly and concisely
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer orientation
