About AMS PSR
Public Sector Resourcing (PSR) is the UK public sector's end-to-end Total Talent framework, delivered by AMS, a Korn Ferry Company, on behalf of the Government Commercial Agency. It brings contingent and permanent recruitment, Recruit-Train-Deploy, Skills Academy, Statement of Work, Resource Augmentation, campaign management, vetting and advisory services into one coordinated framework. PSR supports more than 140 public sector customers, including government departments, executive agencies, arm's-length bodies, blue-light services, universities and local authorities.
The framework gives public sector organisations a compliant route to engage contractors and permanent hires, build future talent pipelines and procure specialist services. It is managed by AMS under a contract awarded in February 2024 and running until 2031, following AMS management of the previous framework from January 2018. PSR also supports supplier engagement, governance, spend management, continuous improvement and social value, with its work aligned to the UK Social Value Model and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
