Job Summary

The Implementation Manager for Client Services is a multi-faceted role in which one manages the implementation and execution of various Healthcare Business Solutions, including Vendor Neutral, Master Supplier, and Direct Client programs, along with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Optimizations, Expansions, Amendments and Special Projects for our customers.

Work Location:
Remote-friendly. However, candidates located within 50 miles of one of our office hubs will follow a hybrid work model.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and guides implementations across all our Business Solutions
  • Partners on projects with the Implementation Director for possible solutions and partners with the local management team.
  • Serve in a highly external and internal-facing customer role
  • Responsible for setting customer deadlines, meeting milestones, and Go-Live dates for all projects assigned.
  • Must have the ability to effectively overcome objections.
  • Schedules and conducts external and internal customer project meetings; completes meeting agenda and minutes
  • Participates in solution design meetings.
  • Serves as a consultant to client organizations regarding standard processes with our applications, staffing workflows, and process improvement.
  • Creates and maintains key project documentation, including project plans, weekly status reports, risk/issue logs, communication and change management plans, IT/Technology plans, marketing plans, and all required Go-Live materials & deliverables.
  • Creates reports, presentations, process flows, program manuals, and training materials, and any other documents required to support internal and external customers
  • Schedules and facilities training, including external and internal customers and supplier training (may be onsite or virtual).
  • Collects and manages data essential to implementation.
  • As applicable based on the Business Solution being implemented, leads the set-up, build, and testing of the Business Solution's systems, including but not limited to VMS. Responsible for completion and QA.
  • Works with all corporate departments supporting external customers as a part of the Business Solution.
  • Facilitates the successful transition of live accounts to operational teams, including providing any necessary documentation.
  • Provides, implements, and enforces company policies and procedures as executive management directs.
  • Supplier relationships and onboarding.
  • Performs additional duties/responsibilities that might be directed by VP/Leadership that are not contained in the job description, however crucial to the success of the role/organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Education/Certifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred Education/Certifications:
    • Degree in Business or Accounting
  • Minimum Experience:
    • 5 years of experience with healthcare and/or staffing operations, project management, or equivalent
    • Prior implementation experience
    • Experience implementing/working with RPO, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Blueworks, Smartsheet, MS Office, and/or other business solutions or project management tools.

  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders on all levels, both internally and externally. Must be able to adapt with, connect with, and develop positive associations with individuals.
  • Ability to think strategically. Business-savvy with the understanding to analyze the complexities, concepts, and context of customer needs.
  • The Implementation Manager is a learner, consultant, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) who provides input and ideas to resolve problems by completing business analysis and process design to create opportunities.
  • The Implementation Manager requires strong organizational and time management skills, with acute attention to detail.
  • Employs a proactive approach to work with a drive for results.

Travel & Schedule

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% to meet implementation, customer, and company needs.
  • Ability and willingness to adjust working schedule to meet the customer and company needs.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

  • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate

$76,000 - $94,500 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.Please ask your recruiter for more information.
