SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Support Client General Manager and Customer contacts on a day-to-day basis with Travel Program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting client in day-to-day travel program, this can include compiling, tracking and executing deliverables, policy exception management, crisis management, pre and post trip reporting and Online Booking tool support. Work with CGM supporting action plans and attending client calls. Assist CGM in producing savings reports and any other reporting needed for business reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Completes reports as needed using INSIGHTS Tool
  • Run KPI reports to identify trends & their impact to the client.
  • Research and consolidates industry trends, sharing and applying knowledge to enhance review impact and positioning.
  • Collaborates with Client Management to provide savings reports and any other reports required for Business Reviews.
  • Drives results by operating with a sense of urgency, employing effective time management to deliver results within deadlines.
  • Supports other internal/external document production and internal/external projects as required.
  • Provides functional support for MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for data consolidation, analysis and client document needs.
  • Provides overall Client Program support to the Client General Manager.
  • Provides support and engages directly with the Client as needed to resolve escalated Customer Service Issues
  • Support Online booking Tool updates and issue resolution

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry.
  • Experience using Amex GBT INSIGHTS Reporting Tool
  • Online Booking Tool Support- Concur
  • GDS Experience- Sabre
  • Experience working with a Global Account preferred
  • Excellent PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & SharePoint skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
  • Good understanding of travel related data.
  • Ability to analyze & assess raw data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Interaction and communication with diverse working styles, ability to build and leverage strong working relationships.
  • Strong Project Management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptation to change and new direction on short notice.
  • Ability to identify issues or challenges requiring escalation.
  • Ability to balance compliance with company initiatives.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure of client driven deliverables / demands.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Location

United States - Virtual Location

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs. An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.
