The Total Rewards Program Lead serves as a strategic execution partner within the Total Rewards (TR) function, driving the delivery, integration, and optimization of enterprise-wide programs across compensation, benefits, equity, and recognition. This role plays a central leadership position in translating Total Rewards strategy into disciplined execution across a complex, multi-legacy environment.

With responsibility for program governance, cross-functional coordination, and large-scale initiative delivery, this role is critical to stabilizing operations, aligning disparate legacy programs, and advancing enterprise-wide harmonization. In parallel, the role drives process improvement, system integration, and data-enabled decision-making, creating the operational foundation necessary to scale Total Rewards programs and support long-term optimization in advance of enterprise technology transformation. This position is remote and US Citizenship is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards Program Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Total Rewards initiatives, translating strategy into structured project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and measurable outcomes
  • Manage a portfolio of concurrent global projects, including compensation cycles, benefits harmonization, equity programs, and recognition, ensuring alignment with business priorities and disciplined execution
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including prioritization frameworks, stakeholder alignment, status reporting, and risk management, with clear visibility to senior leadership
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Payroll, and external vendors), proactively identifying and resolving risks and execution gaps
  • Serve as the central coordination point across regions, ensuring global consistency while adapting to local regulatory and operational requirements
  • Translate complex inputs into clear recommendations, enabling efficient and informed decision-making by senior leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and consistency across Total Rewards programs and operations
  • Lead the integration and optimization of Total Rewards systems (e.g., Workday, compensation and equity platforms), in partnership with HRIS and IT, to improve data integrity, automation, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting to track program effectiveness, participation, and outcomes, enabling more data-driven decision-making
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Total Rewards, helping to shape priorities, sequencing initiatives, and execution approach
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and scalable processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect systems, data, and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Typically 10+ years of Total Rewards experience, with strong depth (over 5 years) in both compensation and benefits.
  • Experience leading or supporting technology-enabled Total Rewards programs, including compensation cycles, benefits administration, and/or equity systems.
  • Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and integrating Total Rewards programs into system workflows.
  • US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS HR, or related field).
  • Certifications such as CCP, CEBS, or PMP.
  • Experience with equity administration platforms (e.g., Fidelity, E*TRADE) and compensation tools.
