An Advanced Clinical Practitioner will work with Montu to deliver high-quality patient-centred care in relation to Cannabis-Based Products for Medicinal use (CBPM). The role involves conducting remote clinical consultations, prescribing, and ongoing monitoring of patients. The successful candidate will be a strong clinical leader with a passion for delivering evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Professional regulated core qualification with the NMC/HCPC
- Qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Master’s level or equivalent advanced practice qualification)
- Independent Prescriber qualification (V300)
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, with significant experience in advanced clinical assessment and prescribing
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and decision-making skills
- Evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
- High level of professional accountability and understanding of scope of practice
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, ethical, and committed to delivering high standards of patient care
- Excellent communication skills and confidence conducting remote consultations
- Strong digital literacy with working knowledge of electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
