Based in the heart of Berlin, our collaborative approach offers the opportunity for our clients to acquire 10,000 users daily, providing consistent value and improved ROAS in the short and long term.

We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring positive cash flow and financial transparency by effectively managing accounts payable and receivable in our books according to German accounting standards and by communicating effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Compliance with German Accounting Standards: Ensure all financial activities align with HGB, providing accurate and timely entries in the company’s books to support monthly and yearly closings.

  • Tax Compliance and Optimization: Assist with accurate and timely tax filing, including identifying and implementing optimization strategies to minimize liabilities.

  • Maintain Positive Cash Flow: Establish robust processes for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments to sustain a healthy cash flow position.

  • Optimize Receivables: Implement systems to reduce average days outstanding for accounts receivable, enhancing invoicing and collection efficiency.

  • Enhance Financial Transparency: Deliver detailed financial reports that promote clarity and inform strategic decision-making.
